Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or shrink yourself. It’s a space where your full complexity and vulnerability are welcome. I see therapy as a collaborative and relational process: we’ll move at your pace, follow your curiosity, and make space for every part of you that wants to be seen.

What drew me to this work—and what continues to ground me in it—is a deep desire to understand how we become who we are, and how we heal in connection with others. As a queer, cisgender immigrant, I hold lived experience of navigating identity, cultural dislocation, and systems that weren’t built with us in mind. These experiences shape the lens I bring into the room—one that is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and rooted in compassion.

Your experiences, desires, and relationships are deeply human and deserving of thoughtful, non-judgmental exploration. Sexuality, identity, and connection are layered and beautifully complex, shaped by cultural, psychological, relational, and embodied influences. These parts of our lives can bring deep joy and freedom, while also stirring vulnerability and discomfort.

Whether you're seeking support for relational challenges, self-discovery, or healing from trauma, I offer an affirming and empathetic space where you can explore your full self with honesty, safety, and care. My practice is grounded in working with people across a wide spectrum of genders, sexualities, desires, and relationship structures. I have extensive experience working alongside 2SLGBTQIA+, polyamorous, neurodivergent, and sex work communities. Our work together may include exploring themes such as desire discrepancy, kink and fetishes, infidelity, trauma, guilt, shame, or self-worth.

Whatever you're carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. I draw from parts work, IFIO, emotion-focused therapy, somatic practices, attachment-based work, and narrative approaches. My style is relational, intuitive, and deeply attuned. I trust that you already carry wisdom within you—and I’m here to support you in reconnecting with it.

Who am I outside of my role as a therapist? I’m a daughter, a sister, a partner, a friend, and a dedicated animal companion to my sweet blind rescue cat, Uma, along with a rotating cast of foster animals. You can often find me climbing rocks, practicing shibari, or curled up in good company—furry or otherwise.

Black lives matter. I work and live on the unceded, ancestral, and occupied, traditional lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaʔ (Tsleil-Watuth), Stó:lō, Shíshálh (Sechelt) and Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nations of the Coast Salish people as an uninvited settler.
