Here’s How to Book Your First Appointment at Allura:

  • Step 1

    CHOOSE A COUNSELLOR

    Browse our team below and see who resonates with you most. Take a look at their approach, level of experience, clinic location and areas of support to find the right match.

  • Step 2

    SUBMIT AN INQUIRY FORM

    Fill out the form located on your chosen counsellor’s profile page to share a little bit about yourself and what you’re looking for. If you’re unsure who to work with, repeat this with 1-2 more counsellors.

  • Step 3

    YOUR COUNSELLOR WILL REACH OUT

    Your chosen counsellor will reach out to you within 2 business days to arrange next steps. Some counsellors start their process with a virtual consultation call, while others may book you right away.

  • Step 4

    YOU’LL DECIDE IF IT’S A GOOD FIT

    During your call you’ll get a sense of each other and talk through your goals for therapy. This step is about making sure you feel safe, heard, and comfortable with your chosen therapist.

  • Step 5

    YOU’LL BOOK YOUR FIRST SESSION

    If it feels right, this is when you’ll decide to move forward with your chosen counsellor and begin your healing journey. Or, choose another counsellor to explore if they’re a better match.

If you are a new client, please fill out our New Client Inquiry Form to inquire directly with the counsellor you are interested in working with. If you are a current client, please reach out to your counsellor to see if this is something they offer.

  • Yes! All of our counsellors offer virtual sessions, so whether you don’t live near one of our locations or prefer the comfort of your own home, we can accommodate you.
