Authentic Intimacy

FREE GROUP SERIES

Sex can be really difficult to talk about, even with yourself. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

This free, 4-session, online psychoeducational series is designed to explore where your beliefs about sex come from, what you actually want sexually, and how to ask for it. You will leave with helpful information, practical tools, and a better understanding of who you are.

The Specifics

This series is a structured learning experience, not group therapy. Each session includes education, guided reflection activities, and time for questions. You will never be asked to share anything personal, and there is no expectation of participation beyond showing up. Sharing is welcome, but entirely up to you.

This psychoeducational series is not a substitute for individual therapy. If you are currently navigating significant distress or significant mental health concerns, individual support may be a better fit, and you are always welcome to reach out to discuss that. If you’re in crisis and need immediate support, please consider contacting 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433).

About the Facilitator:
