Specialized Sex and Relationship Therapy to Support Your Healing, Pleasure & Romantic Connections

Sex and relationship challenges can touch every area of your life — from how you feel in your body, to how you connect with partners, to the way you experience desire and pleasure. You might be navigating pain during sex, mismatched desire, anxiety, questions about identity, or the impact of past trauma. At Allura, our sex therapy sessions are a space for you to explore these experiences with compassionate care and without judgment.
