Allura Centre offers flexible office rentals within a calm, professional and welcoming environment. Our furnished therapy spaces are designed for practitioners looking for a comfortable and client friendly place to work, with access to practical amenities and shared facilities that support your day to day practice. Rentals also include a listing on our high traffic website, which may help generate additional referrals and visibility for your practice.

Rooms 2 - 6

Rentals are billed monthly based on a recurring weekly booking. The rate covers the same day each week, for every occurrence of that day in the month

  • $225/month — half day, once per week

  • $400/month — full day, one day per week

Room 1

Rentals are billed monthly based on a recurring weekly booking. The rate covers the same day each week, for every occurrence of that day in the month

  • $180/month — half day, once per week

  • $350/month — full day, one day per week

Discount:

The multi-discount is based on the number of shifts:

A full day = 1.0,

A half day = 0.5

1.0 to 2.0 shifts receive 10%,

2.5 or more shifts get 15% off.

Each Rental Includes:

  • Room use during the shifts agreed upon

  • Waiting room for your clients and access to the coffee/tea bar

  • Use of the kitchen as an eating/rest area

  • Wifi & printing

  • Access to basic office supplies (pens, paper, etc.) & snacks in the staff kitchen

  • a cubby space to keep your personal belongings (this is not a secure area)

  • A listing on our high traffic website as a renter which may provide you with additional referrals

Contract Terms:

Rental agreements begin with a 6-month term, then transition to month-to-month.

Regarding tax, we currently don't have a GST account. However, based on the number of renters we have starting with us, we may eventually need to add GST at some point to our renter cost. Since we aren't sure of the exact timeline, we will absorb the GST into your fee for the initial six-month contract. After that, as the contract moves to a monthly basis, we can discuss adding GST on top of the fee if you choose to renew. (If this changes prior to the next renter, I'll let you know)


Due Upon Executed Contract:

Damage Deposit: $100 (for 1.0 shifts or less), $200 for 1.5 shifts or more; refundable within 30 days of end of contract

Key & Fob: $50, non-refundable
