We provide individual counselling for women and people with vulvas who may have a complicated relationship with sex and sexuality due to societal messages or sex-negative stigma.

For Men & People With Penises
We offer specialized counselling for men and people with penises who may feel pressure to tie their masculinity to sexual performance. We’ll support you in working through physical concerns and emotional barriers so you can reconnect with your confidence and pleasure.

Erectile dysfunction
Rapid or delayed ejaculation
Performance anxiety or low sexual self-esteem
Navigating low sexual desire or "drive"
For Other Sex & Relationship Concerns
We provide counselling for individuals navigating a wide range of sexual concerns beyond functioning. Our team of trauma-informed therapists will help you find alignment with the life you want to live.

Sexual Trauma Counselling
We recognize how deeply sexual trauma can impact every part of your life — your sense of self, your sexuality, your safety, and your relationships. Our trauma-informed therapists will help you rebuild safely, process what has happened to you, and move toward feeling grounded, connected and joyful again.
Trauma counselling can support you with:
Dissociation, spacing out, or feeling detached from your body
Heightened startle responses or hyper-vigilance
Feeling hollow, numb, or emotionally shut down
Difficulty trusting others or feeling safe in intimacy

Everyone deserves access to quality sex and relationship therapy. At Allura, we’re proud to serve as a practicum site for Master’s-level counselling students. Through this program, we’re able to offer more affordable counselling options while ensuring you still receive exceptional care.
