  • Working with me you can expect humour, directness, compassion, and education paired with curiosity . My goal is to make therapy approachable and to make the scarier parts of our sexual functioning digestible.

  • Shame festers within the dark. The subject of sex is too often left in the dark for us as individuals to try and piece together what is "normal" or "pleasurable". The lack of conversation around sex creates a darkness for all of us and creates space for us to label ourselves as "broken", "wrong", or "weird". My desire to become a sex therapist comes from a desire to shine a light within the dark corners of society and create a non-judgement and destigmatizing space to dispel shame, guilt, and fear and encourage empowerment and trust of ourselves again.

    • Safe and supportive

    • Non-judgmental and encouraging

    • Making therapy approachable through education and laughter

    • Creating ease and comfort for them when nervousness and discomfort are present

  • “The things we fear the most are often the things we should fear the least. It’s irrational, but it’s what makes us human. And if we’re able to conquer those fears, then there is nothing we’re not capable of.”

― T.J. Klune, The House in the Cerulean Sea

  • When I am not in the office you can find me snoozing with my cat on the couch, trying a new recipe, or engaging in a typical Vancouver related outdoor activity.
