My Practice as a Therapist
When sex or intimacy stops feeling easy, it can take a toll on everything — your confidence, your sense of closeness, even the way you see yourself. You might be navigating low or mismatched desire, pain, difficulty reaching orgasm, or changes in arousal or erections. Or maybe past experiences, including childhood or adult sexual trauma, still shape how safe or open you feel in your body.
Many people I work with feel disconnected from their partners and themselves, unsure how to rebuild intimacy that once felt natural. For others, intimacy has never felt natural, and they’re wanting to experience a deeper, more grounded connection for the first time.
This is the space where we work. Together, we sort through what’s happening beneath the surface so you can understand why things feel the way they do. From there, become clearer about what you want, how to express it with confidence and certainty, and how to experience a more embodied, playful, and connected intimate life.

Therapy with me is grounded, steady, and focused on helping you understand the “why” behind what you’re experiencing so we can create change that actually lasts. From the very first session, you’ll have a clear sense of where we’re headed and how we’ll get there together. The pace and tone of our work depends on what you need: a softer, more spacious approach if you’re navigating trauma, or a more active, structured process if you’re coming in as a couple and want support shifting unhelpful patterns. No matter the path, our work isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about helping you feel more connected, more confident, and more able to show up with care in the places that matter most.

Sexuality has always been my passion. As a person who feels incredibly comfortable and open to having these conversations, I’ve experienced, first-hand, how our society views and discusses topics around sex and sexuality, particularly in relationships. I have experienced the shame, guilt, embarrassment, and discomfort around sexuality, both personally and professionally, and have made it my purpose to help as many people as I can heal from sex negativity. You should be able to ask the questions that are on your mind about sex and about your relationship and get an open and honest answer without any judgement and be welcomed with genuine interest and curiosity. I want to help spread the sexual positivity that I experience to as many people as I can, including you.

“We know by now that there’s no such thing as normal—or rather, that we’re all normal. We’re all made of the same parts as everyone else, organized in a unique way. No two alike.”
– Emily Nagoski

I’m a homebody at heart. Some of my favourite moments are at home with my partner and our animals – our cats Milo, Tilly, and Mia, and our dog Girlie – curled up with a good movie, playing board games, or enjoying coffee on the back patio. I love being near the water, spending time with friends and family, and settling into a cozy night on the couch. Baking is one of the ways I feel most peaceful and grounded; it’s my quiet, nurturing ritual.
