  • I work with various therapeutic approaches, and adapt my approach based on the clients needs. I have a particular love for somatic therapy, in which we pay attention to different sensations taking place in the body to further understand the body’s needs for safety. I also have a love for Internal Family Systems (IFS), where we can understand the different parts of you that emerge in different times, and how they serve to protect you.

  • I am completely in awe of how the body sends messages to us in intimate moments, and learning how to best understand what these messages are. In our culture based around isolation, dissociation, and fear, everyone deserves to find safety in joy within their bodies. I'm honoured to support people discover, or reunite with that safety and joy.

  • Someone who supports from place of kindness, pure compassion, and a warm sense of humour.

  • “We all want love, and be loved, and keep going.”

    — Kae Tempest

  • I have a passion for music, particularly over analyzing records and attending concerts. I also love different forms dance, Oscar movies, and planning my next tattoo!
