In between sessions, you might be invited to try small activities between sessions, I don’t prefer the term “homework”. These could include journaling prompts, exercises, worksheets, readings, or videos, whatever feels helpful and relevant to you. Of course, these would be invitation only, the participation is entirely up to you.
You can also expect a high level of collaboration and choice in our work together. We’ll explore what strategies and goals resonate with you, what feels useful, and what doesn’t. While I may step in directly if I notice something important from a clinical perspective, you will always have a large degree of control over your journey, and our work will be guided by what works best for you.

I’ve worked as a couples therapist and family social worker for years, and I’ve encountered many clients struggling with sex-related concerns who felt stuck or without a way forward. I’m passionate about sex therapy because sexuality is a deeply human part of our lives, yet it’s often misunderstood and surrounded by shame or negative labels. Growing up in a conservative environment where talking about sex was taboo, I understand how challenging it can be to explore your desires, identity, and relationships in a safe and fulfilling way.
I am specialised in supporting individuals experiencing erectile difficulties and performance anxiety, BDSM & Kink, ethical non-monogamy relationships, queer community, neurodiverse folks, and sexual trauma survivors. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore your sexuality, challenge societal or cultural pressures, and build healthier, more satisfying connections with yourself and others.

People I work with often describe me as warm, direct, and calm. I’ve even been lovingly told that “nothing can surprise me”, apparently my shock threshold is very high. Clients appreciate that I stay steady through big emotions, help them feel safe sharing things they once worried might be “too much,” offer honest reflections, and create a space where they feel understood without judgment. And when it feels right, I love sharing a bit of humour with clients, because sometimes a well-timed joke can make hard conversations feel just a little lighter.

"Sometimes I get so bored I just want to scream, and then sometimes I actually do scream. I just sort of feel out what the situation calls for."

When I’m off the clock, I’m usually rewatching Modern Family & The Office, checking on my plants to see which ones survived the week, trying new recipes, and exploring food spots around the city. I also love daydreaming about my future retirement plan, it gives me just enough motivation to get out of bed and show up to work.
