My work is about helping you feel more at home in yourself and in your relationships. You can expect a space that feels steady and genuine, where nothing about you is too much or too complicated. Together we slow down, get curious, and listen to your nervous system, your emotions, and the parts of you that have been waiting for attention. Our work unfolds at the pace your body can trust, so you can feel clearer, calmer, and more connected. You do not need to have the right words or know exactly what you are looking for. You can show up exactly as you are, and my hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded and a little more like yourself.

I am drawn to sex therapy because sexuality is one of the most tender and vulnerable places we meet ourselves. It is where our bodies remember, where our patterns live, and where our longing for closeness becomes visible. I love helping people make sense of these places with curiosity, and watching what becomes possible when shame softens and connection feels safe again. This work matters to me because it helps people rediscover ease, presence, and a more grounded relationship with themselves.

My clients often describe me as warm, clear, and deeply attuned. They say I help them feel grounded and safe enough to be honest, while also gently getting to the heart of what is happening beneath the surface. I pay close attention to both the story and the body, noticing the subtle cues that people often overlook in themselves. Clients appreciate that I move at a steady pace, bring intuitive insight without pushing, and help them make sense of their patterns with honesty, curiosity, and no shame.

“Pleasure is a practice. It is something we can learn, unlearn, and choose again.”

When I am not in the office, you can usually find me exploring new stretches of the island, hunting for beaches I haven’t stepped on yet, and getting happily lost in nature with my dog, River. I love good books, good food, and time with the people who make my life feel full. Movement, creativity, and being near the ocean help me stay grounded and connected. I also have a soft spot for terrible reality TV, which I consider its own form of a reset.
