My Practice as a Therapist

If you’ve felt pressure to be “perfect,” to hold everything together, or to hide the parts of yourself that feel confusing or uncomfortable, you’re not alone. I offer a grounded, curious space where you can explore relationships, sexuality, identity, communication, trust, and emotional patterns without judgment. We’ll slow things down, notice what feels overwhelming or shut down, and build the internal safety needed for healing.

My Areas of Support:

  • Low Sexual Desire

  • Orgasm Difficulties

  • Painful Sex

  • Relationship Counselling

  • Sexual Confidence & Self-Esteem

    • EMDR Basic Training, EMDR Training Associates

  • A shame-free, sex-positive environment where your experiences with desire, intimacy, pleasure, and identity are welcomed without judgment. Together, we'll unpack old narratives, explore your relationship to your body and sexuality, and build new patterns that support confidence, connection, and ease.

  • I chose this field because I know how painful it can feel to carry questions, shame, or fear around sex with nowhere safe to put them. Sex is a deeply human part of our lives, yet so many of us were taught to silence our needs or hide the parts of ourselves that feel confusing. As a client myself, having someone sit with me without judgment or pressure changed everything. I'm passionate about helping clients create safety in their bodies, understand their responses, and build new pathways to connection.

  • My clients often tell me that I’m direct in a way that feels supportive rather than harsh. They describe me as curious, warm, and grounded, with a sense of humour that helps the work feel lighter and more approachable. They appreciate that I show up authentically and invite them to do the same.

  • “Everything is about sex except sex.”

    — Oscar Wilde

  • Outside of the therapy room, my world revolves around my partner, my friends and family and my two very spoiled cats, Jim and Cleo. I’m a proud fantasy/sci-fi nerd, gamer, and knitter, basically anything cozy and imaginative. And when I’m not indulging my homebody hobbies, I love getting out into nature and exploring all the beautiful corners of BC!
