My Practice as a Therapist
I believe meaningful change begins in a space where people feel safe, understood, and free from judgment. My practice focuses on helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, sexual wellbeing, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Together, we explore the deeper experiences shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing practical strategies that support lasting change.
My approach is collaborative, trauma informed, and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), attachment based therapy, Gottman Method, and psychosexual therapy. I work with adults of all backgrounds, identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures, creating an inclusive space where clients can explore desire, intimacy, communication, identity, and connection with confidence and authenticity.

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non judgmental, creating a space where you can openly explore your experiences without fear of shame or criticism. Together, we will understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical tools for change, and work toward greater self awareness, healthier relationships, and a more fulfilling intimate and emotional life. My goal is not simply to help you cope, but to help you create lasting, meaningful change.

I am drawn to sex therapy because I have seen how concerns around intimacy and sexuality can quietly shape every aspect of a person's life, including confidence, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and sense of self. These conversations are often avoided because of fear, stigma, or embarrassment, leaving many people to struggle alone. I believe that when people are given the opportunity to openly explore these experiences, they can move from confusion and shame toward clarity, confidence, and deeper connection. Being part of that journey is both meaningful and deeply rewarding to me.

Clients often describe me as calm, genuine, and easy to talk to. They appreciate that I ask thoughtful questions that help them see themselves differently, while balancing empathy with gentle honesty. Many have shared that they feel understood, challenged in meaningful ways, and leave sessions with greater clarity, practical insights, and hope for moving forward.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time in nature, going for long walks, and exploring new places. I love cooking, reading, and having meaningful conversations with friends and family. I am naturally curious about what shapes us as human beings, so you'll often find me learning something new, whether through books, professional development, or quiet reflection.
