My Practice as a Therapist
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor working to specialize in sex therapy. I work with people experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as those who have experienced trauma, including violence, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, neglect, and abandonment. I also support people navigating the distress that can come from shame, marginalization, discrimination, dissociation, and a lack of self-worth.
I work from a trauma-informed, decolonizing, and feminist perspective. I am pro identity declaration, sex positive, and curious. In sessions with me, you can expect a validating, emotionally safe, and educationally rich space. I am passionate about supporting people in developing personal power and helping individuals and relationships live authentically and thrive in their truths.
