Step 2: Set Up Your Payment Method
We offer a variety of payment methods for whatever may work best for you.
Regardless of the payment method you decide, our clinic has a policy to require a credit card on file for all clients – please follow the instructions for adding a credit card below first and then if you decide to pay by another method, please email us at hello@alluracentre.com and let us know how you’d prefer to pay for your session so we can ensure we bill you correctly!
Credit card
We are happy to accept credit card payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX. We also require every client to have a credit card on file at all times – if you’re coming for relationship counselling, just one of you needs an active credit card on file but if you plan to have individual sessions as well, we’d recommend adding a separate credit card for each of you.
Please review the instructions below on how to add a credit card to your file – our admin team will follow up if we don’t have an active card on file before your first session!
e-transfer
E-transfer can be sent to hello@alluracentre.com, no security question is required. Please include your name, session time and date in your description of the e-transfer so we can easily locate you in our system to process payment!
Please ensure that the e-transfer is sent prior to the start of session or we will proceed with charging the credit card on file.
Cash
*Available for in-person sessions only*
If you’d like to pay by cash, please ensure that you bring exact change as we are not able to provide change. We are happy to add any differences as a credit to your file for your next session!

If you’d prefer to pay by cheque, cheques can be payable to Allura Health Centre Inc.
CHEQUE
Insurance & Direct Billing
Allura Sex Therapy Centre is not able to direct bill for sessions at this time due to the regulations around counselling and private health benefits – you will be required to pay for your session upfront and seek reimbursement through your benefits provider! A receipt will be provided that includes all the necessary information for reimbursement, including your counsellor’s credentials.
We strongly encourage that you confirm with the HR department at your work or directly with your health benefits provider that you have coverage with the credentials of your counsellor; most of our counsellors are Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC), Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC), Registered Social Worker (RSW), or Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW).
We are only able to direct bill the following government agencies: CVAP, Work BC, Worksafe BC, and FNHA (please note that not all counsellors are approved through the agencies listed above – please contact us if you have funding you are needing to use that you have not shared).
How to add a credit card to your file
After setting up your account, please navigate to the left of your profile under My Account, to Credit Cards on File.
Select +Add New Card
Enter your credit card information and select Save Credit Card
