I have forever been drawn to authentic, deep connections over small-talk, and sex and relationships have always fascinated me. Being a therapist at Allura means that I get to live that dream every day!

You may come to therapy worried about how you and your concerns will be received; let me tell you right now that I am excited to be a part of your journey. My passion is obvious in my work, and showing that is a big first step in earning your trust. When I say that my therapy is ‘trauma-informed’, I am referring to extensive experience dealing with trauma in various forms. I have worked with the LGBTQ2SIA+ population, BIPOC folks, I have worked in homelessness, housing in the Downtown Eastside, with survivors of sexual abuse, and I dedicate my career to helping people navigate and overcome trauma and seeking fulfillment and healing. We all deserve joy, and I think it is more than possible.

Sex- poly- and kink-positivity are foremost in my approach. Clients appreciate my easy-going nature when it comes to these topics. Shame and guilt is abundant when we talk about sex and relationships; I’m here to help you find your pleasure and joy via knowledgeable, caring and curious therapy.

Who am I outside my therapist role? I am held in beautiful community. You can find me spending time with my excellent friends and polycule, whether I am climbing, skiing, dancing, reading, marathoning movies, or crafting! Lately, I have been learning how to sew.

Black lives matter. I work and live on the unceded, ancestral, and occupied, traditional lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaʔ (Tsleil-Watuth), Stó:lō, Shíshálh (Sechelt) and Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nations of the Coast Salish people as an uninvited settler.
