My Practice as a Therapist
Sex might feel more complicated than you wish it did. Maybe you feel disconnected from your body, stuck in shame, or unsure how to navigate desire and intimacy in your relationships.
I believe there is always a reason we feel and act the way we do. In therapy, I love getting curious about that reason together by laying out the map of your experiences, relationships, values, and the messages you have received about yourself.
I work with adults navigating sexuality, relationships, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, grief, life transitions, and identity. With a background supporting survivors of gender-based violence and researching consensual non-monogamy, I am especially passionate about supporting people working through sexual shame, desire differences, trauma, and the ways culture shapes how we see ourselves. I welcome clients of all relationship styles, sexual orientations, gender identities, and backgrounds.

I love working with emotions and helping clients understand not only what they’re feeling, but where those feelings come from and what they mean. We’ll explore how your experiences, relationships, and the world around you have shaped the way you see yourself. I can be gentle when you need gentleness, and I can ask the tougher questions when they will help you grow. We’ll talk about the hard stuff, but there’s also room for humour and not taking ourselves too seriously. My hope is that you leave therapy understanding yourself with more compassion and feeling more whole.

I’m drawn to sex therapy because conversations about sex are rarely just about sex. They often open the door to deeper conversations about our relationships, identities, values, experiences, and stories.
I want to create a space where you can talk openly about sexuality and relationships without feeling like something about you needs to be fixed. Together, we’ll get curious about your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life and relationships that feel more aligned with who you are.

I’m usually either making something, laughing with friends and family, or convincing myself that I absolutely need to start a new hobby. I love sewing, thrifting, going on walks, and re-re-watching my favorite tv shows.
